NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

 

Exchanges will be processed only if the item received is incorrect or defective. If an exchange is warranted then the item will be replaced with the same item. If the item

is out of stock then the item may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.

 

Pictures of the defective/incorrect item must be provided and should be sent to contact@cutesietoo.com within 3 days of receipt of the item. At which point a

replacement will be shipped out.
